ABOUT
Open 7 days a week, REACH offers a vibrant, welcoming space where members can feel safe and supported. More than just a place to spend the day, it’s a community built on respect, belonging, and opportunity.
We focus on strengthening independent living skills, encouraging social inclusion, and fostering meaningful relationships — all within a non-judgmental, compassionate environment. Members are supported in working toward personalized goals while learning practical daily living skills through Trauma-Informed and Harm Reduction–based approaches that honor everyone’s journey.
Our dedicated staff walk alongside members in real and meaningful ways — providing support with health needs, court and legal matters, home management skills, safety planning, and connecting individuals to valuable community resources.
Inside our thoughtfully designed space, there’s something for everyone: a lively games and recreation area, a theater room, a music space for creative expression, and a calming snooze room for rest and reset. We also host engaging events and activities including art classes, Foodie Friday, monthly pool tournaments, and a variety of recreational and entertainment opportunities.

GOAL
Bring new Life to AIR
​
After consultations with a variety of AIR employees and stakeholders, a desire to remain current to individuals interests and wishes within their supports was identified.
​
AIR determined that a 2 year goal would be necessary. Year One will focus on getting feedback from individuals and employees while also assessing current resources within AIR. Year Two will focus on planning for changes and implementing new programming among the AIR programs.
​
AIR recognizes that in order to stay relevant in disability services, we will continually need to be looking for new and exciting opportunities. AIR is committed to ensuring AIR is a place that individuals want to come, and employees enjoy the work they do.
SEASONAL

We are welcoming the warmer months and natural vitamin D. Reach cannot store any personal belongings, but if you need to find a safe storage space for your winter gear, please speak with a supervisor. We’re planning for a great season outdoors so keep your eyes and ears open. Speak with a Team Leader or Supervisor if you need assistance to get a hat, sunscreen, good outdoor walking shoes or water.
