Quest Support Services Inc. employs over 300 staff. These staff work in a variety positions including: Disability Service Worker I (DSWI), Disability Service Worker II (DSWII), contract positions, management positions, administrative roles, mentorship programs and more!

Anyone interested in a rewarding position should submit a resume to the Employee Resource Centre. This resume must include details on education, previous employment and experience, as well as 3 supervisory employer, educational, or volunteer references. It is important that the information in your resume be accurate as it will be kept on your employee file if you join the Quest Team.

Once resumes are received, members of the team review them. We hire a variety of people, based on the qualifications of applicants and needs of the agency. We do our best to find employees who match the personalities and requirements of the people we support. Only successful applicants will be contacted for an interview. After the interview is complete, the Employee Resource Team will contact you if you have met the criteria and offer you a position with Quest.
Every member of the Quest team must attend an in-house all-day Agency Orientation session. This course covers some basic training in the disability field, and teaches agency policies and procedures. Each employee will be provided with training on paperwork requirements, our Employee Binder, Behaviour Management, Safe Bathing training as well as Abuse Prevention and Response Protocol.
Finding a Match
Most people who join the Quest Team try out a few different settings within their first month of employment. This allows each person the time to get to know a variety of people and see where they feel the most confident. Finding a match is key to both employee success as well as the success of the people we support.
