Quest Support Services recognizes, evaluates, and manages risks throughout all operational areas. The Agency has mechanisms at all levels (individuals, employees, organizational, and community) to ensure it meets due diligence to formally and informally manage risks. The health and safety culture of the organization places a responsibility amongst everyone to identify, evaluate, and manage risk. Any risk that is not identified and cannot be adequately mitigated through planning, training, environmental changes, or other measures needs to be brought to the attention of a Director so that a decision on whether the task, activity, or supports will continue or cease.
