Quest will ensure all staff has been trained on protocol and behavioral programs so they can perform their job duties safely. This includes the job shadow/orientation and CPI training.
Quest Management Staff will attempt to contact each staff member working alone at least once per shift. The contact can be initiated by either party and is seen as an opportunity to check in to ensure the safety of the staff.
